Omdat onze motor voorlopig niet langer onze zorgen behoeft, kunnen we ons opnieuw op een volgende stap concentreren. Logischerwijs wordt deze stap het behandelen van de carrosserie.

Zoals jullie weten is de carrosserie op verschillende plaatsen ten prooi gevallen aan roest. Denk maar aan de bodemplaten, de spatborden en ook enkele roestplekken op het dak. Voorlopig laten we de slijpschijf en het lasapparaat aan de kant staan en nemen we schuurmateriaal ter hand. Het is de bedoeling om de hele auto volledig blank te zetten: alle verf en plamuur moet eraf! Opnieuw een pittig karweitje!

Dit weekend gingen we een kijkje nemen op de Italian Car Show te Houten in Nederland. Naast heel wat Ferrari's, Lamborghini's en ander lekker exotisch, konden we ook enkele nieuwe en klassieke 500'tjes bewonderen! Uiteraard kunnen we jullie de foto's niet onthouden...
